The Love Windermere Partnership would like to thank Councillor Pete Cook for his dedicated engagement with the Partnership. His contributions have helped shape important discussions about the future of Windermere’s water quality and the health of its catchment.   

We recognise the urgency and ambition required to achieve lasting improvements for Windermere and its community. The Partnership remains committed to delivering meaningful progress through collaboration, evidence-based decision making and innovative solutions.  

As we look forward to the future, we will continue working closely with local representatives and communities to ensure their voices help inform our actions. The Partnership will be reaching out to engage with local representatives who we hope will share our vision of a cleaner, thriving Windermere, and we look forward to continuing this vital work together. Our upcoming information events for local councillors will also provide additional opportunities for engagement.
